Farm to Table

The difference is in our breeding stock. We have taken our time and been very deliberate in our practices to create the best herd possible. We raise Angus cattle to create a superbly marbled and delicious product. 

Our cattle are raised on a grass, hay, and grain diet. Our cattle prefer our native mix of grass in the cool and warm seasons and hay in the winter. In addition, they enjoy “special treats”, like pumpkins, watermelon, cantaloupe, apples, squash, and greens when available. 

We process with Smuckers Meats in Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania. They are a third-generation USDA inspected meat processing company and the USDA stamp of approval is on every single cut of beef that is produced. The beef is dry-aged, flash-frozen, vacuum-sealed and remains that way from pickup to freezer to your home ensuring freshness and consistency.

Please be mindful that we can only stock what we can produce and demand is very high. You may call ahead if you are looking for a specific cut or a number of cuts.
